Room fees at Huntington House are quoted daily, and are due monthly in advance by standing order. There is also a refundable room fees deposit of one month's fees due on admission.
It is very important to appreciate that there are significant, non-means-tested, benefits that all residents are entitled to. At present those benefits are as follows:
Registered Nursing Care Contribution (RNCC) (formerly known as "Free Nursing Care") is £101.00 per week if a resident has nursing needs.
Single person's State Pension is £87.30 per week.
Attendance Allowance is either £43.15 or £64.50 per week depending on whether a resident requires help either during the day or night (lower rate) or both during the day and night (higher rate).
It is the resident's responsibility, or that of their representative, to ensure that the full room fees can be met for the entire duration of their stay at Huntington House.
