Sarah Creasey and her team prepare delicious home-cooked meals using fresh produce delivered daily by local purveyors of high quality meat, fruit and vegetables. The kitchen's speciality is undoubtedly catering for our big events such as the Summer Garden Party and Bonfire Night, which they do superbly.
This year we have grown organic vegetables in our very own veg patch for the first time. We hope to significantly increase our productivity next season, with a little help from our residents, who no doubt know a lot more about growing their own vegetables than we do.
